Bowlers will use their highest 2025-2026 season average based on 21 games or more. If the bowler has NO 2025-2026 AVERAGE, they will use the current season's highest average (based on 21 games or more) at the time of bowling.
Proof must be presented if using current seasons average.
If no league average(minimum of 21 games), bowlers will bowl scratch. (See Rule C)

Two non-Postal Federal Employees may bowl together, but one of the partners must bowl in the PFENBA National Tournament.
All Entries must be pre-registered for the 4:30pm and 7:30 pm shift.
DONT BE SHUT OUT. PRE-REGISTER
Please be sure your bowlers are aware of this rule. NO EXEPTIONS.

If your average has been 10 or more pins higher in the last 10 years you must report it to the tournament manager before bowling.
May bowl 3 times with the same partner, but cash only once with that partner. As long as partners have not bowled three times together, they may enter as often as they wish. Bowler may cash once with the same partner, but may cash as many times as they bowl with a different partner.
